I HAVE FOUND THE PINOUT FOR THE XBOX 360 S 4GB MEMORY MODULE.
My module was dammaged so you may have better results that or it was fine and it has security or may need a special driver for it too be fully recognised by the pc, not 100% sure. when i plugged in the unit windows started to search for adriver then told me within a second that drivers where not found but i couldn't see the unit in device manager either ? my unit is stuffed now so i cant continue this project but maybe some 1 can with my limmited info.
My aim was to try and recover some saves and other stuff from the unit as i will not be buying a new xbox untill after xmas and figured it's stuffed what have i got to loose maybe i can port the tsop flash chip what ever you wish to call it over to a usb thumbdrive of the same size to cut some incompatability out. which will be my next venture, i have sine removed the flash chip and upon inserting the chipless module windows saw the unit and installed it which makes me believe there is encryption And or we need to reverse enginer the module to create a driver set...... i'm in the middle of transplanting the flash chip with a know currpt chip the controller is 100% working so the chip swap should be good i'll update if all goes well this is my first usb thum flash transplant :)
Disclaimer, i am not responsible for anything you try in the safety of you're own home/workshop what ever and will not be liable for any damages YOU cause due to trying this out for you're self .....
so pinout is
pin 1. 3.3v
pin 2. gnd
pin 3 .white
pin 4. green
pin 5 & 6. gnd i found best to jump gnd from 2-5 then connect pin 6 to shield and either pin 5 or 2 to inner ground
PIN 1. V+ 3.3V I USED THE USB POWER 5V, DIDN'T GET HOT OR POP ANYTHING, BUT EVERYTHING ELSE USES 3.3V SO RATHER BE SAFE UNTILL CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE IS FOUND

Easy to do, does require cutting end of kinnect sensor for XBOX360, There are other more elaborate ways of doing this mod without cutting kinnect wire this is just the way i did mine:)
1.cut the wire @ the length you require.
2. check diagram for color pin out.
Pin 1. ground -black to black
Pin 2.data+ green to green
Pin 3.data- white to white
Pin 4.5v+ red to red
Pin 5. +12v brown - to 12v source
Pin 6 . ground - Don't forget to connect ground of 12v source to either ground.
Pin 6. is the ground wire wrapped round all wires or shield, I connected this to the shield of my existing usb lead that i chopped up.
Once you have matched and identified each color its time to clear a space and break out the soldiering iron :) , Now all you have to do is soldier each wire to it's partner, depending if you are using a new usb type plug or have chopped up an old cable.... your'e choice.
I'v also wired up the new Xbox360 slim WiFi module but i lack the capacity to write drivers for it, it is based the marvel Marvell-88W8786U-SoC , so if you can help get in touch.( [email protected] )
data sheet/white paper what ever you wish to call it are found bellow. i haven't managed to find any information Or any one that has open sourced or created a driver for this module yet. so if you wish to try i'll offer my services as a Guinea Pig to test drivers :)
